Aluminum Gutter Styles
Our gutters come in three styles: half-round, box & K style.
Aluminum K Style Gutters
K-Style gutters are commonly used on residential homes and commercial buildings. The K refers to the shape of the gutter which is wider across the top, and is designed to collect water and add strength to the gutter.
Our aluminum gutters are all one-piece seamless gutters (with the exception of inside or outside corners) that are made on-site using our truck mounted gutter machines. Seamless gutters are the most popular type of gutter sold on the market today. The seamless design significantly reduces the chance of leaks and clogs.
Our gutters come in industry standard 5 inch and 6 inch sizes and two thicknesses of aluminum gutter stock: medium weight .027 gauge and heavy weight .032 gauge.
Our K style gutter installation process use a premium Hidden-Hanger with a screw-anchoring method versus the older spike and ferrule method for a beautiful, finished look.
What Size K Style Gutter is Right For Me…?
5 Inch K Style Gutters
The K style 5 inch gutter is he standard seamless type of gutter designed for average sized homes, available in medium weight .027 and heavyweight .032 thickness. Designed with a collection opening of 4.25 inches and capable of holding 2.5 quarts of water per foot. Usually used in conjunction with 2″ x 3″ or 3″ x 4″ downspouts.
6 Inch K Style Gutters
Ideal for mid-sized to larger homes and commercial buildings with larger steep pitched that have peaks and valleys. Available in heavy weight .032 thickness, the 6 inch K style gutter is designed with a collection opening of 5.25 inches and a holding capacity of 4 quarts of water per foot – a 63% improvement over the standard 5 inch K style gutter. This size is usually used in conjunction with 3″ x 4″ or 4″ x 5″ downspouts.
Seamless Half Round Aluminum Gutters
The half round style gutter (or “U” shaped gutter) is shaped like a half circle.
The carrying capacity of a half round gutter is less than a K style or box gutter, but water disperses faster due to less friction found in the turns of a K style or box gutter. And because of their seamless design, they don’t leak.
Half round aluminum gutters offer clean, simpler gutter lines. They’re a great alternative aesthetic option for newer homes or a classic compliment for traditional or historic homes.

Aluminum Box Gutters
